adaCAL N1-C is used in adhesive and sealent productions. In the production process:
Acts as a rheological agent.

Provides proper viscosity and regulates flow properties (thixotropy)

Increases the adhesion degree on the applied surface, by increasing the mechanical strength of the adhesive / sealent material.
with adaCAL N1-C use in plastic;
Impact strength of the PVC profile products are improved (even at low temperatures)

Whiteness and brightness are increased
Profile’s surface smoothness getting better
Extrusion torques in production process are balanced.

Reduces plasticization time by reducing dough temperature.

Reduces friction during extrusion and extends machine life.

When adaCAL N1-C is used in rubber production it increases the flexibility and tensile strength and ensures surface smoothness.

adaCAL N1-C is used also in Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) and Polyester products

adaCAL N1-C is used as major and minor drug substance in pharmaceutical industry

Packaging: The product is packed in 25 kg kraft paper bags or in big bags of 625 kg.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. The product should be kept closed in its packaging when not in use
